Di e tar y Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities :
- Assists the di e tar y manager and department with necessary tasks to ensure residents di e tar y needs are met.
- Prepare meals under the supervision of a cook and / or Food Service Di r e c t or.
- Deliver food trucks to units at designated times.
- Di scard leftovers and take out garbage.
- Stock ingre di e nts and monitor inventory.
- Adheres to the facilities policies and procedures regar di ng the Compliance Program
- Follow all local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to the position
- High School Di ploma or equivalent.
- Positive and energetic in di vidual with creativity
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- E xperience as a di e tar y aide in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
